CTEH® Adds Senior Medical Specialist
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Sept. 4, 2020) – With flu season on the horizon and COVID-19 cases continuing to rise, CTEH is expanding its occupational health division to help businesses protect their workforces. Today, the firm announced it has hired Miranda Phillips, BSN, RN, NRP to serve as a senior medical specialist at its North Little Rock headquarters.
“Whether on-site or in emergency conditions, our occupational health division is dedicated to preventing diseases, injuries and deaths in the workplace,” said Cory Davis, senior vice president of operations and principal consultant. “In these challenging conditions, experts like Miranda are helping deliver essential health and safety services that provide much-needed peace of mind.”
Phillips brings more than 20 years of medical experience to CTEH. She previously served as an emergency room nurse, flight nurse, nursing instructor, paramedic and clinic training coordinator. She holds associate degrees in registered nursing from College of the Ouachitas and emergency medical sciences from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She also has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University.
