CTEH® Names Helen Dubach Director of Crisis Management Division
Previously Served as Senior Environmental Consultant
HOUSTON, Texas (Feb. 22, 2021) – CTEH® has named Helen Dubach the director of its in-house crisis management division, CTEHRM. Since 2017, Helen has provided risk mitigation, readiness and response services to CTEH clients around the globe as a senior environmental consultant.
“Helen has played an instrumental role in our firm’s efforts to help protect companies against known and unforeseen hazards,” said Allen Higginbotham, REM, CTEH’s vice president of emergency response. “With her at the helm, I know CTEHRM will only continue to expand its crisis-tested, expert solutions to new industries.”
Helen brings more than 20 years of experience to CTEHRM. She specializes in health, safety and environmental consulting, with a focus on chemical and oil spills. She holds a bachelor’s in environmental chemistry, master’s in environmental management and post-graduate certificate in fish and wildlife management. She is also certified as a Registered Environmental Manager, Certified Environmental Professional and Certified Emergency Manager.
