About Patrick
Patrick Peoples is a consultant and project manager for CTEH, LLC and has over 24 years of experience in the field of environmental assessments, environmental site assessment services, regulatory compliance, hazardous materials assessments, wetlands, endangered species assessments, confined space work, and site investigation work. He has conducted Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Limited Site Investigations (LSIs), supervised fieldwork for underground storage tank (UST) removals, wetland delineations, storm water permits, hazardous materials assessment and monitoring, groundwater monitoring well installations, and soil excavations. Patrick has provided project management and field supervision for the closure of USTs, wetland mitigation plans, asbestos abatement, and remediation of petroleum contaminated groundwater and soils. He has written reports detailing results of soil and groundwater environmental investigations and biological survey assessments for commercial, industrial, transportation, and government projects to meet compliance with environmental regulations.
Patrick has over 22 years as a project manager with experience conducting asbestos surveys, asbestos abatement, air monitoring, lead-based paint surveys, indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring, radon testing & mitigation options, hazardous materials assessments, and industrial hygiene surveys in various building types (including universities, residential, hospitals, apartment complexes, office buildings, warehouses, commercial retail stores, industrial facilities, and military installations.
