Thales Cheng, MPH

Supervising Health Scientist

Thales Cheng is a supervising health scientist with consulting experience in exposure assessment, industrial hygiene, toxicology, and human health risk assessment. He received his MPH in Environmental Health. While in his master’s program, he examined the effects of global climate change on mosquito vectors of the West Nile Virus in San Diego County. Mr. Cheng has managed litigation projects and provided support for cases related to asbestos, underground storage tanks, and consumer product exposures such as from e-cigarette devices. He has also been involved in the assessment of occupational, non-occupational, and environmental exposures to asbestos, talc, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, lead, and VOCs in a variety of settings.
