About Ken

Ken Forster brings over 30 years of experience in the environmental field, specializing in the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites for state agencies, commercial entities, and emergency response clients. He has a proven track record in managing all phases of environmental projects—from proposal development and project management to field execution, regulatory interaction, and report preparation.

As a former state regulator and field hydrogeologist, Ken’s depth of expertise provides clients with the assurance that their environmental liabilities are being addressed with diligence and precision. His work is guided by a comprehensive understanding of Texas environmental regulations, including the TCEQ TRRP Rules, the TCEQ Voluntary Cleanup Program, and the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) Rules. Throughout his career, Ken has contributed technical and regulatory expertise to a wide array of complex environmental projects. In addition to his consulting work, he is highly experienced in delivering technical and regulatory training to both internal teams and external clients. Ken is certified as a Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) Project Manager in Texas, and a Recognized Environmental Professional (REP) in Colorado. In addition, Ken is a licensed Professional Geoscientist/Geologist in Texas and Arkansas.
