About Sergio
Sergio Pallavicini is a response management project consultant at CTEH with over 10 years experience in emergency response planning, training, and drill/incident response and is a leading consultant in Emergency Response and Crisis Management for the oil and gas industry.
Prior to joining CTEH, Sergio was a consultant for Petrofac and The Response Group., where he developed regulated and non-regulated Emergency Response Plans for Chevron, ExxonMobil, BP, HESS, ConocoPhillips, Shell and Maersk, as well as other oil and gas companies. Emergency Response Plans included, onshore and offshore Oil Spill Response Plans (OSRP), onshore and offshore Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Facility Response Plans (FRP), onshore and offshore Security Plans and vulnerability assessments, and Integrated Contingency Plans (ICP). Regulated plans he has developed includes DOT, EPA, USCG and BSEE approved plans.
Sergio is a G449 Incident Command System (ICS) Instructor. His ICS training experience includes ICS 100, 200, 300 and Section specific trainings. Sergio was also an active Q16 Major Emergency Management (MEM) Instructor while he was with Petrofac. He has conducted training both on a local and international level.
Sergio Pallavicini has also been involved in a multitude of drills and actual incidents for all of the clients listed above. He was responsible for filling ICS roles and helping facilitate the ICS process in both incidents and drills. Sergio worked as the ICS Specialist and Deputy Planning Section Chief for BP at the Houston Command Post for the Macando Incident and an ICS Specialist and Resource Unit Leader during the Eagle Otome incident.
