NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 22, 2025) – CTEH®, LLC, a leader in environmental consulting, emergency response and health sciences, has promoted Landon Lee to Director of Finance and Assistant Controller. Since joining CTEH in 2016, Lee has steadily advanced through a series of finance and accounting roles, most recently serving as finance and billing manager. In this new role, he will oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
“Landon has proven himself to be a dedicated and forward-thinking member of our finance team,” said Chris Ruby, senior vice president of finance and administration at CTEH. “His deep understanding of CTEH’s financial systems, combined with his leadership and collaborative approach, will be instrumental as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.”
With nearly a decade of experience in corporate and operational finance, Lee has played a significant role in developing CTEH’s financial infrastructure, including leading efforts to streamline billing and month-end processes. As director of finance and assistant controller, he will continue refining financial workflows and strengthening cross-functional partnerships.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas. He is passionate about mentorship and continuous improvement, and he remains dedicated to collaboration between finance and operations.
