NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (February 12, 2025) – CTEH®, LLC, a leader in environmental consulting, emergency response and health sciences, announced the promotion of five team members to principal roles in toxicology and industrial hygiene: Chris Kuhlman, PhD, CIH, DABT, principal toxicologist; Cole Ledbetter, CIH, CSP, principal industrial hygienist; Tami McMullin, PhD, principal toxicologist; Pablo Sanchez Soria, PhD, CIH, principal toxicologist; and Shawn Wnek, PhD, CIH, DABT, principal toxicologist. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional expertise, leadership and dedication to advancing CTEH’s mission of providing cutting-edge solutions for clients around the world.

The newly appointed principals are:
Chris Kuhlman, PhD, CIH, DABT, based in Little Rock, Ark., has been appointed principal toxicologist. Dr. Kuhlman is a board-certified toxicologist and industrial hygienist with extensive experience in occupational toxicology, environmental toxicology, industrial hygiene and human health risk assessment. He also serves as director of CTEH’s emergency response sciences program. Dr. Kuhlman earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from The University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of California, Los Angeles.
Cole Ledbetter, CIH, CSP, based in Little Rock, Ark., has been appointed principal industrial hygienist. Ledbetter has more than 19 years of experience in industrial hygiene, having conducted multi-faceted assessments across multiple industries. He also serves as a director of industrial hygiene services and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University.
Tami McMullin, PhD, based in Golden, Colo., has been appointed principal toxicologist. Dr. McMullin has more than 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience providing scientific and risk communication solutions to complex health risk challenges across sectors. She specializes in public health and regulatory toxicology and risk assessment, product safety assessments and environmental risk assessment. She also serves as director of applied public health. Dr. McMullin holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California.
Pablo Sanchez Soria, PhD, CIH,based in Little Rock, Ark., has been appointed principal toxicologist. Dr. Sanchez Soria has extensive experience in human and environmental toxicology, risk assessment and emergency response toxicology and also serves as a director of health sciences. He specializes in risk and exposure assessment, toxicity evaluations, emergency response toxicology and complex industrial hygiene challenges. Dr. Sanchez Soria holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Nutritional Sciences from the same university.
Shawn Wnek, PhD, CIH, DABT, based in Little Rock, Ark., has been appointed principal toxicologist. Dr. Wnek is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology and board certified in industrial hygiene. He has more than 15 years of experience in risk assessment, human health and environmental toxicology, chemical emergency response and industrial hygiene. He specializes in guiding human health and environmental risk assessments, developing remediation plans, leading hazardous materials responses, and providing toxicological support across a wide range of industries. Dr. Wnek also serves as a director of health sciences and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baldwin-Wallace University.
