CTEH’s expert team continues to grow with the addition of Steve Pepper, senior consultant.
In this new role, Steve brings 25 years of experience as a volunteer firefighter and decades of professional experience in the oil and natural gas industry as a crisis manager, emergency responder, and industry health, safety, and environment (HSE) thought-leader to create new value for CTEH clients. Steve will, through the CTEH capability network as part of Montrose Environmental Group, be developing and implementing a turn-key per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) transition program for clients who work with PFAS-containing firefighting chemicals. He will also support our disaster response management teams by leveraging his 30 years of experience in HSE, emergency response, and crisis management in the oil and gas industry and public sectors.
Steve has been instrumental in a variety of industries, especially with his work on reducing and eliminating PFAS, and will make a great addition to our team. We look forward to Steve’s continued contributions to the PFAS management base of knowledge and developing new solutions with CTEH’s network of partners.
