  • Industrial Hygiene

An effective industrial hygiene program serves to anticipate, recognize, and evaluate threats to worker health, and then supports control and/or prevention of these hazards. A good program requires certified industrial hygienists. CTEH hygienists are worker health and safety problem-solvers. The protection of workers from occupational health and safety hazards is of utmost importance to CTEH and our clients. In addition, it is crucial to maintaining employee morale, an organization’s reputation, and reducing liability and operational costs. Our solutions are developed by certified industrial hygienists (CIHs), certified safety professionals (CSPs), and supported by field industrial hygiene technicians.

CTEH industrial hygiene staff are available to quickly and competently assess worker protection needs. Our IH surveys and/or assessments include recognition of hazards, quantification of identified exposures, and development of controls to reduce or eliminate hazardous exposures.

Our powerful, in-house industrial hygiene data visualization solutions empower you to identify key risks and make rapid critical decisions.

  • Occupational Health

At CTEH, we believe in the protection of health, the environment, and most importantly, people. CTEH established an occupational health division because we often serve workforces that operate in hazardous conditions. Our occupational and environmental health nurses are available to provide a vast majority of our services on site and during emergency conditions (i.e., natural disaster recovery).

CTEH physicians, medical toxicologists, Ph.D. toxicologists, and occupational health and environmental nurses have a passion for helping prevent diseases, injuries, and deaths in the workplace. We offer a broad range of occupational and environmental health experience complexity from basic medical clearance and fit testing; to programmatic development for work-related accident prevention; all the way to sophisticated analysis of effects of toxic chemical exposure and detecting biological changes during pandemic situations within a workforce.

Risk assessment is an integral part of many of the daily activities of CTEH toxicologists and health scientists. From litigation support to assessing risk after an incident, to evaluating consumer products, our team can handle it. Speak with a team member today.

CTEH provides qualitative and quantitative site-specific evaluations of risks posed to human health or ecological. Unlike other consulting firms, CTEH toxicologists and health scientists understand the basis of toxicology in the field of human health risk assessment and apply fundamentals of toxicology.
