Abby Townsend Promoted to Vice President of Marketing

CTEH® Names Abby Townsend Vice President of Marketing

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 11, 2025) – CTEH®, LLC, a leader in environmental consulting and emergency response, has promoted Abby Townsend to vice president of marketing. Townsend has been a key contributor to CTEH’s marketing success for nearly a decade, developing a data-driven approach to campaigns and the conference and events program. As vice president, she will now also chart the strategic direction of marketing initiatives for the overall CTEH brand and their many industry-leading services.

“Abby’s creativity and leadership have been essential in shaping CTEH’s brand and communications strategies,” said Chris Ruby, senior vice president of finance and administration. “Her deep understanding of our industry and her ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns make her the perfect choice for this role.”

Townsend joined CTEH in 2015 and has held several marketing leadership roles, including director of marketing and marketing manager. In addition to her marketing responsibilities, she has contributed to CTEH’s emergency response operations, assisting in logistics, operations and Incident Command efforts.

“I am excited to step into this position and continue showcasing the incredible work our teams do every day,” Townsend said. “I look forward to expanding our outreach and finding new ways to highlight CTEH’s expertise and dedication to protecting communities and the environment.”

With more than 14 years of experience in marketing, Townsend has been recognized by the Arkansas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of Little Rock’s Finest Young Professionals for her leadership, community involvement and business accomplishments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Harding University.
