About Heath

Heath Cobb is a seasoned environmental professional with nearly two decades of experience in air quality management, industrial hygiene, and emergency response. As a Project Exposure Scientist with CTEH’s Applied Sciences Group, Mr. Cobb provides strategic consultation on complex chemical issues and exposure assessments across a broad range of industries.

Over his 17-year tenure with CTEH, Mr. Cobb has served in multiple leadership and technical roles, including directing large-scale response operations and overseeing multidisciplinary teams. His expertise spans air monitoring program design and implementation, regulatory compliance, and exposure science. He has managed and supported more than 200 projects, including train derailments, chemical spills, refinery turnarounds, and chemical plant incidents.

Mr. Cobb’s experience also includes oversight of statewide air quality programs, where he strengthened his understanding of environmental policy, enforcement, and laboratory operations—skills he now applies to developing scientifically sound, defensible exposure and risk assessments for CTEH clients.
