Mr. Fenske is the vice president of resilience and recovery for CTEH, LLC. His overall responsibility is to provide consultation, oversight, and management to his clients during disasters, pandemics, and emergency responses. Mr. Fenske has served in front line and senior level positions across numerous projects, ranging from programs associated with FEMA, HUD, and USDA funding to emergency and disaster responses within the private sector. Mr. Fenske leverages his response experience to break down complex situations into achievable goals and real-world solutions. He has experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and contractors, unifying and expediting operations that usually remain siloed. Mr. Fenske brings years of project management experience within the emergency response industry, which has led to his ability to be predict obstacles, react and resolve potential challenges quickly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the process.
Mr. Fenske has managed resources on a scale of from individual responder to multi-state responses with over 100 personnel in support of work plans derived by CTEH teams and in coordination with federal, state, and local leaders. His management experience involves programmatic construction management, prime contractor operations management, emergency response project and operations management, data management and consultation, and various other DR and ER programmatic process consultation and management.
