About Josh

Mr. Dubach has over 20 years of experience in Emergency Management in a wide range of roles.  Starting his career in the Coast Guard, he has enjoyed organizations, subsea containment cooperatives, and oil & gas corporations.  Through his career, he has participated in various industry efforts such as trade association committees as well as serving as a Board Director for various oil spill response cooperatives.  He’s responded to numerous events such as the Selandang Ayu and Cosco Busan oil spills, country evacuations, and natural disasters.  Mr. Dubach has also participated in the design, facilitation, and execution of a variety of exercises for oil & gas operators, government agencies, and shipping companies.  Mr. Dubach’s focus has always been on using a systems-based approach to developing sustainable crisis management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness & response programs within an organization.
