With a wealth of experience under his belt, Marc’s journey spans over 15 years at Acxiom Corporation, where he held pivotal leadership positions across IT, Facilities, Security, Health & Safety, and Human Resources. Prior to his tenure at Acxiom, Marc served as the Chief Human Resources and Loss Prevention Officer at Deluxe Media Services, showcasing his multifaceted expertise. Marc’s career trajectory is marked by versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. Before stepping into corporate landscapes, he honed his skills within the dynamic environments of Walmart Corporation and Kennametal Industries. Additionally, Marc’s entrepreneurial ventures included owning a chain of restaurants and a children’s clothing store, underscoring his drive and acumen in diverse arenas.
Educationally, Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Furthering his expertise, he earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Webster University, equipping him with the nuanced understanding necessary to navigate the complexities of modern organizational dynamics.
