About Nicklaus
Dr. Nicklaus Brandehoff brings extensive expertise in emergency medicine and medical toxicology to CTEH. Board-certified, he applies his clinical and academic background to help clients address complex toxicological challenges with precision and care.
Dr. Brandehoff has trained at leading institutions, including the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center, and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where he is completing his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. He has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, faculty at Denver Health, and is on the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology.
At CTEH, Dr. Brandehoff’s expertise supports clients during emergency responses, litigation, and public health incidents where toxicology insights are critical. His work is informed by years of clinical practice in both Colorado and California, as well as his leadership as Executive Director of the Asclepius Snakebite Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving global snakebite care. Recognized as an award-winning educator and published researcher, he helps clients navigate urgent and high-stakes situations with scientifically grounded guidance.
