Mack is a Consultant with the Business Development team focusing on fostering existing client relationships and building new relationships with prospective clients. Most recently he served as a Consultant I within the Disaster Recovery department. Mack has been charged with providing high-end consulting and support for the TV and film industry in relation to COVID-19, creating standard operating procedure documents, personnel management, and up-to-date advice and data to ensure the ongoing safety for the industry. In addition, he has worked with corporate companies (including Fortune 500 companies) to plan, design, and implement COVID protocols and testing procedures for corporate-level events. Mack has continuously demonstrated proficiency in interacting with and providing detailed information to stakeholders at all levels of interested parties. Mack has responded to various disasters and has provided onsite project management for multiple projects and clients, including 2022’s Hurricane Ian and the recent freezing events that impacted much of the southern United States. He has been integral in conducting environmental sampling, air monitoring, and analytical air sampling for numerous emergency response incidents demanding a variety of skills including critical thinking, rapid adaptability, and data compilation. Mack has performed and demonstrated his abilities as on-site contact and management for various projects, demanding professionalism and leadership directly with clients and contractors. Mack was vital in developing a remote-operated air monitoring process for deployment in restricted areas and confining locations. He has efficiently proven his field experience with critical decision-making abilities involving air and environmental sampling and data collection and has provided detailed reviews in performing quality assurance and control.
